The UP TET 2019 was conducted in two shifts on January 8, 2020. Nearly 15 lakh candidates took the examination which was held at 3,049 centres across the state.
Allahabad- based Examination Regulatory Authority (ERA) had conducted the UP TET for recruiting teachers in government primary and upper primary schools. The candidates who qualify the primary test (Paper I) are eligible for teaching in the state government-run schools up to class V. Candidates who clear Paper-II will be eligible to teach in upper-primary schools from VI to VIII classes.
Candidates can also raise objections against UP TET answer key through the official website. The last date to challenge UP TET 2019 answer key is January 17, 2020.
How to raise objections against UP TET 2019 answer key?
- Visit the official portal of UP.D.EL.ED. — updeled.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on UPTET 2019, and it will take you to a new page
- Click on the link which reads “UPTET ANSWER KEYS OBJECTION”
- Proceed to “Fill Answer Key Objection For Questions” option to raise objections
- Submit your objections
Candidates need to pay a fee of Rs 500 for each question challenged. Candidates are required to do the payment through online. The fee will be refunded to the respective account if the challenge is found correct.
